Rise Up Australia

 In this University course, we learnt how the contemporary world of galleries, libraries, archives and museums is changing in dynamic, innovative and often outrageous ways. We examined the reasons why objects are no longer always protected within glass boxes and contemporary curators are turning their institutions upside-down with ‘visitor-centric’ exhibitions designed on the principles of ‘radical trust’ and ‘play’. We critically examined online exhibitions and GLAM spaces in order to understand how and why the GLAM sector seeks to encourage ‘citizen-generated’ heritage and art projects.
For this project, I created a social media campaign using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
